Their representative, Ed Smith is always timely from estimating to identify if insurance qualifications to installation.  He makes sure it happens right and takes the stress off of you. From start to finish, this experience - though daunting and potentially scary - was supportive, informative, efficient, and quality. Andrew was GREAT. He helped us understand the process from start to finish, helped us work with our insurance company, was extremely friendly and communicative, and did a really nice job educating us about products. On a tuesday two weeks after we signed the OK to replace our roof, the crew was here and did a full roof replacement in one day. They left my yard and drive cleaner than it was when they arrived. Shout outs to Tony and Chad who were the inspectors and booking/site managers. Friendly and efficient. Ed Hill is absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and provided pictures, before and after. Work was completed promptly with immediate cleanup to follow. Between Ed and Tony(math wiz), they saved me the stress of dealing with the insurance’s adjuster inability to figure out the final balance due to this company! Ed Hill came out a day after I left a message for needing Someone to Inspect what look like a trouble spot on the roof. He was thorough and explained options before even trying to make a sale. When it became apparent That The leak was active, Ed and Tony came back out and explained what needed to be done To repair the leak   Ed kept me informed as To when Tony would return to complete the job. Having been a Masters customer for 14+ years, I have complete confidence in their work and their business practices. Masters just wrapped up a pretty intensive project on my home that included replacing siding and then painting the whole house. Honesty, transparency, and attention to detail are only just a few words to describe Masters and their process. I did not enjoy spending money on a new roof, but I did enjoy working with Ed Hill and Master's Roofing.  This was not an insurance job, just old shingles that needed replacing before they  started to leak. Ed walked me through all the options to make the best decision for what I needed.  Where other roofers wanted 50% or more money up front, Masters did not require any money upfront and billed me at the completion of the work.  Once  I signed up, it only took a few weeks to be scheduled.  The job took 2 days, the crew was very thorough, organized, and cleaned up so we couldn't even tell they were there. We just had a roof put on by Master Roofing and Ed Hill. Ed guided us through the entire process from shingle selection and attic vents to the install. We also had our gutters replaced.
